My Story
Rebecca (Bek) Olsen is the founder of Bek Joy Alchemy. The name represents one's Ego & Physical Body (Bek), one's Soul & Spirit Body (Joy), and Alchemy for turning Lead (dis-ease/overwhelm) into Gold (vibrancy/peace). Honoring + Integrating Ego + Soul as a Union with the Divine has been a profound and rewarding journey for Bek, who has had a life filled with the same types of ups and downs most humans experience. Many years of physical, mental, and spiritual mis-alignment with debilitating symptoms have driven her to explore countless diets, modalities, treatments, bio-hacks, spiritual programs, and oh so many current “fixes” of the day. Getting back in touch with nature, balancing inner Masculine + Feminine energies, releasing energetic traumas stuck in her body, coming to realize there is no destination of perfect health to attain, and finally looking inside herself for answers and peace that was with her all along. This is what helped to find an inner-calm and self love that previously seemed impossible to do. In depth DNA testing to uncover the exact systems in her physical body that need support has also moved her towards more vibrant health!
In 2022 Bek resigned from a 24-year corporate career in Engineering to obtain a Health Coach Certificate from Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN), and completed an additional Root Cause Certificate that qualified her to become a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has completed training in Applied Kinesiology (Muscle Testing) that she uses as a tool to support herself and family, as well as clients. Bek completed a Molecular Hydrogen Advisor Certificate at the Molecular Hydrogen Institute (MHI) in June, 2024. This will support her in her passion for introducing natural healing therapies to family, friends, clients, and the masses.
As a perpetual student of The Ancient Wisdom, Bek is a devoted Initiate of the Great Mysteries, Christ Consciousness, The Light, and The Middle Way. Completion of several in depth courses and programs at The Great Mystery School, taught by Ihsan and Shanti Abbas, have given Bek the foundation on which to choose to be a spiritual warrior devoted to the path of self-mastery and open as a vessel of God’s Light. With Love & Gratitude Bek brings her gifts and experience to illuminate the Path for other everyday alchemists.
